I am a team leader with an operational perspective and creative problem-solving approach who can pro-actively respond to challenges in a diligent, open-minded manner. My practical experience is supported by my academic degree including credentials in development, law, governance and strategy.

I curate and manage positive stakeholder relationships, adapt to different situations and communicate effectively across varied levels of seniority. I thrive in dynamic environments by making improvements to project management, processes and delivery with adequate solutions.

I have gained valuable project management and leadership experience in the luxury residential property sector. I have played an active role in the whole design process allowing me to oversee projects from concept to delivery with a clear understanding for multiple processes and various phases of the project cycle. I have applied my operational and creative thinking approach to developing business processes, internal training manuals and company strategies to expand my personal capabilities and improve the efficiency and potential of the companies I have worked for. I consistently use my initiative to go above and beyond for my employers, exercising duties outside of my job role, as a committed and motivated member of the team.

BA Hons degree in Globalisation: History, Politics and Culture - allowed me to broaden my cross-cultural understand for the societies of the world, thinking critically and with an open mind. The course enabled me to gain valuable insight in to governance and diplomatic relations, skills and approaches I can pull on in Project Management and the successfully delivery of development projects where there are multiple stakeholders at play.
