I am a creative, mature candidate with excellent design and communication skills. I have experience across a range of sectors and company sizes, from Luxury Fashion and Interiors, to international Financial Technology. 

I am highly numerate and organised, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe creative cloud, and experience in using other industry tools including Hootsuite and Canva. I enjoy collaboration across functions and locations, and have extensive experience working with the Executive Leadership team. I have also supported work on ED&I and CSR projects outside of my role description. 

Not only do I posses an in-depth knowledge of employer branding, social media, and web marketing, but also have a personal interest in contemporary design and trends, which keep my work and attitude current and fresh.

I am an experienced professional with strong communication skills and a background in employer branding, social media, and marketing. I've developed and run creative campaigns and engagement programmes to enhance brand visibility and employee engagement. I'm committed to Diversity & Inclusion and CSR, and have been involved in impactful projects in these areas beyond my role. Organized, adaptable, and highly numerate, I thrive in international environments, collaborating effectively with cross-functional global teams and leadership.

I hold a 1st Class BA (Hons) in Fashion Management from the University of Southampton, where I gained a strong foundation in business, management, and marketing, with specialized modules in Branding, Consumer Demographics, Psychology, and Trend Research. This has equipped me with valuable skills in strategic brand management, consumer behavior analysis, and creative project execution, all of which I apply in my employer branding and marketing roles.
