I have 14 years of experience in customer service and management in the BPO industry. I am a flexible, fast learner, optimistic, and problem solver. My passion for aviation motivates me to look for a job related to the airport or airline industry. I have a bachelors degree in Entrepreneurship which, our primary skill is to innovate and cope with constant change. Currently, I am studying at Newcastle College University Centre taking FdA Airline and Airport Management and doing the ambassadors programme at Newcastle International Airport. Specifically, the professional roles I have handled are team leader, quality assurance analyst, IT developer for Jotform, billing and finance associate, technical support for computer and ISP, customer service representative, and sales assistant. I also have experience being a game master for VR poker, Uber driver, and bass player.

I have a B.S. Entrepreneurship degree, and I am currently studying at Newcastle College University Centre taking FdA Airline and Airport Management. As part of my current studies, we are doing the ambassadors programme and all of its training requirements at Newcastle International Airport. Also, I am a PADI Certified Open Water Diver Level 2.
