I am an optimistic person. For example, I will always stay motivated by thinking about  the positive outcome/result. I’ve found that even in the midst of a challenging situation, I will always remind myself of my goals and it helps me take a step forward and stay positive.”

I am a self-discipline person as I can manage my time well to work on my daily task. At the beginning of each workday, I will list down my tasks, from highest to lowest priority. This helps me stay focus with my workflow and keeps me on track with what needs to be done for the day.” I also realize priorities change unexpectedly. So I try not to overload my list with too many tasks to  make room for any necessary adjustments.

I am able to adapt into a new environment in a very short time. For example, when I first came to study in UK, I was able to adapt to the new environment and student life without issue. 

I did part time job in a grocery store as customer assistance. I learnt customer service skill in assisting walk-in customers to locate groceries items. I also learnt how to process online customers orders that related to software application operation (Panda order).

• Working on PLS Food Foundation case study to resolve food poverty problem by collecting and redistributing surplus. My teammates and I point out the problem and gave recommendations to help the company resolve the issue.
• Prepared presentation slides and converted to video presentation by using Adobe Premier Pro on Leadership and performance project.
