Currently, work at the Ministry of Justice as a case progression and query management officer. 

My previous experience was as a logistics coordinator. in both of these roles, I have had to deal extensively with customer complaints and efficiently resolved them. 

I have a bachelor's degree in Communications, which I believe has further enhanced my ability to effectively communicate with customers at all levels.
