My practical experience includes caring for my grandfather, volunteering with the mental health organization Shout, and mentoring science students. A significant highlight of my education was my placement with the mental health organization Shout, where I gained practical experience working with individuals facing severe mental health challenges. This experience, combined with my coursework, allowed me to develop a deep understanding of mental health issues and enhance my skills in communication, data analysis, and critical thinking.
