Nicole Horrobin

My name is Nicole and I have been studying travel and tourism for 2 years and would love to find a job within the tourism industry.

The crepe escape - I have worked at the crepe escape for over 2 years and started in February 2022, gaining lots of customer service experience and social skills. I have taken part in many events such as Christmas markets and outside catering events, including setting up buffets and grazing tables. I have also taken on kitchen shifts, this includes cooking under pressure at busy points. 

The ground bakery- I worked here for a little while, here I gained many skills, such as learning how to deal with many different customers and situations within a professional manner. 

Erasmus- I took part in a 2 week work experience program in Tuscany, Italy. I worked in a bar/restaurant. I took on many roles here, such as cooking, cleaning and organizing.

I have a CERTIFICATE OF EXCELLENCE IN VOCATIONAL TRAINING

Stanwell school GCSE- I have 13 GCSEs including Welsh back, maths, English and Welsh 

Cardiff and vale college- 

NCFE LEVEL 3 INTRODUCTORY DIPLOMA IN TRAVEL AND TOURISM (grade merit) - I  have just completed my second year of my diploma and waiting on my results and certificate.
