Since graduating from University I’ve worked with award-winning creative teams, talented cast, and crew in TV, Film, Fashion, Sporting and Aviation industries. Each role has demanded certain necessities to bring a production/event together seamlessly and on time, with health and safety being paramount. I enjoy the creativity and fast-paced environment the production and aviation industries offer. 

Experience

Production Coordinator - VOGUE/Condé Nast September 2022 - Present 2023

  • Liaising with costume designers for a 10 minute promotional film during the Cannes Film Festival in association with Condé Nast (Vogue Business and Vanity Fair) and UK DIT 
  • Supporting the production manager with shoot logistics (call sheets, transportation, asset collection e.g. stills) and leading coordination of logistics on the shoot days
  • Gaining permissions from production companies to use proprietary footage  
  • Scouting locations for appropriate shots for filler scenes/b roll and applying for location permits from local councils

  • Building a rapport with PR companies to write engaging content to help promote their film/event/experience by producing well researched content for publication
  • Maintaining my website and learning new ways to make content engaging and appealing for readers and potential collaborators
