Dedicated and compassionate Social Work Assistant with a BA (Hons) in Childhood and Youth (2:2) and currently pursuing a T34 in Social Work to qualify as a Social Worker. Experienced in supporting adults with diverse needs, with a strong foundation in health and social care. Skilled in effective communication, problem-solving, and collaborative teamwork to enhance individual well-being. Passionate about making a positive impact on vulnerable communities and committed to continuous professional development in social work. Seeking an opportunity to apply my knowledge and hands-on experience in a Social Work Assistant role, with a long-term goal of becoming a qualified Social Worker. 

• Oversee the EMI/Nursing floor, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents. 
• Administer medication, create and update care plans, and conduct risk assessments. 
• Liaise with families, providing regular updates and support as needed. 
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (GPs, CHLT, palliative care, ENT, etc.) to coordinate care. 
• Act as the first point of contact for decision-making and ensure smooth floor operations under nurse delegation.
