For the last 3 years I’ve been leading production for Gala Film, an innovative new film
platform, Executive Producing $50m in successful productions with some of Hollywoods
leading companies like Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s 7 Bucks and collecting a Primetime
Emmy Nomination for my inaugural project as EP; “RZR”.
This role also saw me lead the product and marketing teams in the design, development,
and launch on this groundbreaking platform. Building on my production roots managing
shoot production and leading creative direction I’ve now built a solid skill set as a leader
with a compassionate and inspirational leadership style and a data lead KPI based goal
structure.

Responsible for leading Marketing, Platform Design/Development and Gala Films
production pipeline over-seeing $50m in total productions, working with production
companies like Unrealistic Ideas (Mark Wahlburg, Seven Bucks (Dwayne Johnson), and
Emmy Award Winners Stick figure to produce engaging Documentary and Scripted
Content.
• Built and lead an iterative marketing system producing and testing hundreds of
pieces of creative weekly and pushing successful creative up into “Always on”
performance marketing campaigns.
• Lead script and production assessments and advised on internal creative
expectations.
• Involved in building out the Galas Cross promotional and Metaverse strategy.
• Lead the development of the overarching strategic plan as well as the individual
sale strategies.
• Supported and nurtured junior team members as well as provided mentoring for
other colleagues around the business.

I’m a recent first time father, and dog dad to a golden Labrador. A keen musician having
previously been a signed songwriter and producer with hundreds of millions of streams to
my name. I also built a custom telecaster recently. I’m active in the crypto/NFT/Web3 space
participating regularly in conversations on multiple platforms.
