Experience
In my most recent role at Arrow Electronics as the lead Professional Service Solutions Architect for EMEA I led the cross functional team responsible for being awarded the largest project by revenue for an EMEA led deal for my current employer, a managed service solution for HCI infrastructure worth $280m over 5 years. My responsibility covered the full suite of presales design services, project management, implementation, and service delivery of the solution a service, encompassing remote monitoring and field service support.
Before joining Arrow, I was a Senior Engagement Manager at AT&T designing bespoke networking solutions for customers by working with either internal or external partners, and in many instances both, in order to meet a customer’s specific business needs. Prior to that I had several other sales and technical sales support roles at various business units at AT&T. The last of these roles as a Regional Account Director for several of major customers all of which were household names.
