I currently work at Screwfix, as a trade sales assistant for over the past 2 years, serving customers. And i also do freelance makeup for people, as a side hobby, for proms, and special occasions.

I currently have 4 years experience of working in customer service, i currently work at Screwfix, as a trade sales assistant, working with trade sole customers, quoting them for jobs they have coming up either in person or via email, and delivering great service to them, making sure they are happy with the items they receive from us, also dealing with face to face, telephone and email enquiries. I also build and maintain good working relationships with my team and customers.

I studied health and social care level 2 at Dudley college, learning about child development, looking after children, health and the environment, starting work, disability and nutrition and health.
