I’m passionate about management development & EQ Leadership. I empower through coaching, mentoring, delivering advice & guidance, training, project management & business development.

I'm bringing 13 years worth of experience in frontline service delivery & management in homelessness & support services for purpose led organisations in the public & charitable sector with me.

Alongside this I also bring my experience of self-employment; designing and delivering Mindfulness Meditation Training both face to face in the community & online, having personally created and managed my website, branding & social media channels.  

No matter the professional environment I am in; whether it be delivering workshops in schools, advocating for vulnerable adults with multiple & complex needs, training & developing employees that I lead and mentor, coaching c-suite execs or teaching mindfulness meditation courses in the community, the common thread is that championing & advocating for the wellbeing & development of others is always at the heart of what I do.

All of my previous roles have centred around coaching others to feel more empowered and fulfilled to thrive both personally & professionally. As a leader supporting others to see every interaction as a learning opportunity is something I am extremely passionate about. I believe that everyone is capable of succeeding when in a safe & inclusive environment and equipped with appropriate resources, training & development.
