A recent step up into a broader, strategic production role in a dynamic, fast growth startup environment reflects my transition toward management level responsibility, where I now lead site operations, team coordination, and process development. Production Lead - Agreka Build Ltd

As Production Lead at Agreka Build, I take ownership of the end to end manufacturing setup in a fast paced startup environment, leading the development and scale up of our first full production line for sustainable insulation products. I oversee the design, operation, and optimisation of the production process from the early stages through to commercial output. By designing workflows, integrating mechanical systems, and problem solving, I ensure the production line runs with high efficiency, consistency, and safety across all stages. I manage the day to day site operations, combining a hands on approach with strategic oversight to maintain a smooth, reliable process. I also design and implement custom mechanical components, firstly for an early testing stage through to final implementation and by working closely with our Engineering and R&D teams to translate prototypes into scalable production methods with forward planning to keep the line reliable and ready to scale further. I help to organise procurement of relevant equipment whether it will be used for testing or the final production line, and actively support the planning around installation and commissioning of the new machinery. I ensure full compliance with HSE standards, and lead training and supervision as the team grows. Alongside my role, I am actively continuing to study lean methodologies and ways of managing safely, to implement better practices, further strengthening my ability to deliver safe, efficient, and scalable production systems. I have responsibility to make sure our production line not only works, but performs at a level ready to scale rapidly, deliver increasing outputs, and support long term growth. This role demands adaptability across technical, operational, and strategic areas, reflecting the diverse, multi disciplinary skills developed in a high growth startup environment.

CAD/CAM Customer Service Engineer - Accurate Laser Cutting Ltd -

CAD/CAM design and manufacture for Engineering components using customer provided drawings/CAD, then programming individual parts for lasers and press braking. Also, managing and adapting the production schedule to cater for customer needs and resolving any issues and ensuring the best possible service.
