I hold more than 10 years’ experience working on process improvement and change projects in the UK, Australia and New Zealand, and more than 7 years as a functional business analyst (Salesforce) for shared services before joining Merkle (consulting firm) within the Digital Capability Team as a Senior Consultant / Senior Business Analyst for Salesforce implementation projects in 2021. From April 2023 I have contracted as a Senior Business Analyst in New Zealand for two public sector projects and have recently finished a project with HMLR building a new geospatial annotation tool.

My breadth of experience in digital transformation on Agile and waterfall projects will enable me to hit the ground running in support of the client’s needs and deliver quality outputs very quickly.

I am motivated by continuous improvement initiatives, working smarter with data and technology for customer centric organisations. I play active role in creating and shaping client’s vision for their business, working closely with stakeholders and project teams to achieve interim and future focused objectives.

I am skilled in stakeholder engagement, requirements extraction and writing solid user stories, process maps, project documentation and data analysis. I bring fresh perspectives and diverse thinking to project teams, working
collaboratively and supporting others to manage and align various workstreams; at Merkle I was referred to as “the glue that brings people together”.

Approaching problems in a holistic way, using my analytical mindset and keen eye for detail, I am proficient in
transforming the ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ into streamlined end-to-end IT solutions; optimising the user experiences within the capabilities of the products at hand. I hold knowledge of multiple software systems and integrated applications, and translate technical terminology into plain language; presenting recommendations and guiding the business, design, and technical teams to make informed decisions when developing and adopting new system solutions and processes.
