With over a decade of leadership experience across hospitality, retail, and logistics, I bring a well-rounded and strategic approach to operations and people management. My career spans senior roles in fast-paced, customer-centric environments, where I’ve consistently driven business growth, optimised workflows, and led high-performing teams. From launching and managing multi-outlet hospitality venues to overseeing retail and warehouse operations, I’ve developed strong skills in financial oversight, staff development, and service excellence. Currently pursuing an MBA, I remain committed to continuous improvement and bringing forward-thinking solutions to every challenge I take on.

Currently pursuing an MBA through Heriot-Watt University, with expected graduation in December 2027, to deepen strategic management and leadership capabilities. Holds a Diploma in Cheffing & Baking from the Institute of Culinary Arts (2004), and certifications in IT fundamentals including A+, N+, and MCP. Also trained in First Aid (Level 1 & 2) and is proficient in various industry-standard software and POS systems.
