Focusing on: customer base in-life strategy including in-life XSUS margin growth, CRM, digital marketing, media planning, telemarketing (inbound and outbound), budget line accountability, and business partner management. Strong leadership skills; delivering results through creating positive internal and external relationships with key stakeholders of all levels. Great analytical skills and time management; able to implement strategies, propositions and campaigns in order to meet deadlines, targets and budgets in line with key company objectives.
