staff to maintain smooth front of house operations, minimising potential service delays, Monitoring the
kitchen’s stock and restaurants facilities to have everything ready. Focusing on the customers and
delivering them the best service possible to make them feel welcomed and comfortable to enjoy the

Teaching Assistant (Work Experience)

High skilled work experience at the primary school which was taken in year 10 whilst I was still in high
school which was participated at Linden primary school. Therefore this opportunity has bought me to
develop and evolve a key skill to gain more knowledge and experience with the people which were
surrounded by me and has also helped to get out of my comfort zone and engage with the activities
and helping children as a professional teacher assistant as well as safeguarding and supervising the
children to avoid conflicts and any kind of drama so they can only focus on their education. This work
experience has also encouraged me to achieve different skills such as having different approaches to
pupils and always being helpful and talkative such as explaining the tasks to the children that the class
teachers have been setting for them to do, as well as getting involved in helping them to read and solving
maths problems. This work experience has thought to present my speech’s, getting involved with helping
everyone no matter what the situations are and keeping calm. Therefore, from the hard work I have
achieved good communication skills with the pupils. A full understanding from staff and fast adaptation
to achieve high skills for the further communication with the different target audiences. Furthermore in
my new educations course ( A levels at St Peter’s High School and Sixth Form Centre) I’m participating
and enrolled in helping and mentoring children’s reading skills in such as helping them to read better
and also maths tutoring for younger years.
