I have over 15 years of experience in the technology industry, having worked as a CTO for several companies, including Holodia VR, Peak Brain Training, Ve Global and VIDA. In my role as CTO for Holodia VR, I was responsible for redefining fitness using virtual reality workouts, where I led the development of innovative solutions that were well received by customers. As CTO for Peak Brain Training, I supervised the development of mobile experiences to improve the neuro-cognitive abilities of users, where I developed and implemented a strategy for creating a seamless user experience. In my role as CTO for VIDA, I helped solve logistics problems in allocating carers in real-time for elderly people, where I developed a platform that optimised the allocation of carers based on user needs.

I have also held the position of Head of Mobile at VeGlobal, where I managed a team of developers in creating multiple cutting-edge mobile experiences, I also implemented a workflow process that resulted in a 25% increase in the productivity of the team. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the importance of effective team management and the ability to think strategically to achieve company goals. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated the ability to work across multiple complexity domains, leading multi-disciplinary teams, and find the right balance between empathy and confident leadership when required.

My experience in improving digital architecture and management of the engineering team, together with my capacity to work closely with the rest of the Executive Team to develop a comprehensive strategic plan makes me confident that I will be able to tackle any kind of challenges in the future.

As CTO, I understand the importance of having a clear vision for the organisation's digital future, as well as being able to execute that vision effectively. I can identify and mitigate potential risks and capitalise on opportunities, ensuring that the organisation stays on track to achieve its objectives. I have a solid experience on how to work with different stakeholders and building partnerships with internal and external partners to ensure the delivery of successful projects.
