My diverse background encompasses experiences ranging from supporting vulnerable populations to managing complex commercial hotel projects and undertaking design and build endeavours in occupied premises. Through these varied roles, I have acquired invaluable insights into maintenance and repairs across construction sectors, ensuring the provision of exceptional services.

Working with vulnerable individuals some of whom have been homeless, neglected and abused has honed my ability to understand and address unique needs, fostering a deep sense of empathy and compassion. This experience has taught me the importance of attention to detail and proactive problem-solving, essential skills in maintaining safe and functional living environments.

To ensure compliance and streamline operations, I employ strategic planning and effective communication techniques. This entails liaising with external entities, coordinating meetings and events, capturing meeting minutes, and managing email correspondence to facilitate cohesive teamwork and communication. My ability to establish and nurture effective lines of communication with stakeholders has been instrumental in fostering collaborative relationships critical for project success.
