- Individually managing a project for our client, Thermo Fisher which is valued at $56,000. This involves financial management, liaising with external freelancers, creating and managing timelines, and overseeing the success of multiple assets being made and used with third-party publications as campaigns.
- Financial reporting
- Includes out-of-scope estimate development, raising POs, and management via Xero.
- Creating fee estimators which allow us to calculate the number of hours required for each, out-of-scope project.
- Producing timing plans to ensure timely and accurate reports.
- Leading client calls
- Weekly meetings to update our clients on the status of projects and their priority actions for each week.
- Bi-weekly meetings with Thermo Fisher's Global Marketing Development Manager for Thermo's Cell Therapy portfolio for ongoing project management and new project briefs, as well as managing all of the portfolio's paid media activities. Ensuring full mutual understanding of the allocated projects amongst internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting with budget management
- Ensuring that budgets for each portion of the overall account (USD 1.3 million) are adhered to and that percentages of each budget are used proportionately.
- Complying with Notch Communication's operational systems and processes on all projects in scope to enable delivery within agreed parameters for quality, cost, and time ensuring they meet intended outcomes, customer service levels, ad corporate technical.
- Project scoping
- Maintaining budget use throughout each quarter and re-purposing budgets to alternative projects if needed.
- Forging and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
- Developing, supporting, and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with external freelancers, external key clients, and internal team members.
