• Implemented automation into quarterly reporting and database reconciliation processes saving the team 25+ hours a Quarter.

HDI (Hospitality Data Insights), Data Specialist Contractor, Part-time Jun 2024 – Present 

• Developed an XGBoost Algorithm for matching past and present vendor accounts based on names and postcodes. Averaged 98% accuracy over several rounds of testing, implementation expected to save 300+ hours of manual work. 
• Initial R&D of a Segmentation Algorithm for a client determining customer age brackets based on a range of spending data. 
• All Coding done in R and SQL. 

Operator, Operations Intern Jun 2023 – Oct 2023 

• Worked closely with the CEO designing a marketing strategy for a networking app that was launched in September 2023 onboarding 600+ UCL Students in the first two months, 20% above target of 500. 
• Utilized a combination of Guerilla Marketing Tactics with Society Partnerships to generate a “campus buzz” including pop up events, sponsored socials and content creation (Instagram, Tiktok). 
• Relayed feedback from events to Development Team to improve UI/UX for users. Feedback included decreasing initial information required for sign up, which increased organic connection-to-downloads at future events by 50%. 

First Class Kicks, Co - Founder Jan 2021 – Jan 2024 

• Founder of Sneaker reselling business specialising in sourcing exclusive streetwear and trainers. 
• Interacted with 20+ clients per week through Instagram (3000 + followers), Depop (7000+ followers) and WhatsApp including Sneaker Stores and VIPs. 
• Recorded a turnover of £14,000 in 2023 with profit over £6000.
