In my last five years working in transport sector, I have developed a set of essential skills when it comes to organising, optimising and scheduling transport operations. I have worked as operations controller, transport planner, transport supervisor and compliance supervisor which allowed me to  develop a wide range of skills, and obtain a deep understanding of transport business.

INHEALTH company sold the Transport Department to Quest Medical. I was moved to them via TUPE
process.
Responsibilities:
Planning - testing new systems for planning team, Mandata and The Algorithm People. Testing new
updates, reporting any faults, suggesting improvements. Updating the systems with all the required
information: drivers, vehicles, trailers, locations.
Yard management- yard checks, on power/off power trailers. Checking the fuel and ad blue levels,
ordering deliveries. Updating parking sheet daily. Reporting any defects found to engineering to get
rectified.
Drivers: daily drivers hours, overtime. Booking drivers CPC courses, keeping track of hours required,
uniform request. Setting up the drivers on the fuel system.
Vehicles: vehicle downloads, supervising the completion of safety inspections and MOTs. Documents
upload and checks.
Trailers: overseeing the maintenance of InHealth trailers. Setting up the maintenance schedule for next
year. Supervising the completion of safety inspections and annuals, Running Gear and Top Side. Chasing
the engineers for updates and completion of the jobs. Weekly compliance calls with InHealth.
Reports: weekly fuel reports, weekly running gear reports for all the companies under Quest Medical
contract. Weekly top side reports for all companies regarding the status of the jobs. Weekly and monthly
analysis of the data. Trailers fuel up reports per driver.
Qualifications: Transport Manager CPC qualification.
