Cynthia Felediova

 I have worked at Butlins as part of the House Keeping team. I then got promoted to a Team leader Job role. This role included me making sure team members carried out their work to a high standard. It included having to solve problems guests or team members may have had quickly and efficiently. Both roles have helped to improve my time management skills as they were both very fast paced roles. It has also improved my customer service skills and has broadened my experience working in a higher position and leading a team, which in the future I would like more experience in.

I worked as part of the shop floor team at B&M Store. My role was to get stock out quickly and efficiently for the customers and help customers with any problems they may have had. (May 2020- October 2020)

I am very passionate about working to a high standards and making sure everything is the way it’s supposed to be but also being very friendly and offering people as good of a service as possible and putting smiles on their faces. 

Some of my skills include: 

Customer service, Time management, Fast paced work.
