In my most recent role as a Group Product Intern at Owen Mumford from September 2023 to September 2024, I collected both quantitative and qualitative data for marketing campaigns, supported Product Managers with various projects, and conducted in-depth market analysis and competitive research.

Prior to that, as a Shift Lead at Otherworld from March 2022 to September 2023, I excelled in providing outstanding customer service, managed and motivated a team, and effectively handled technical and customer-related challenges during shifts.

As a Marketing Officer at Elizabeth School of London from August 2021 to February 2022, I took charge of planning and executing publicity campaigns across various media channels, developed social media strategies to generate leads, and established positive relationships with prospective candidates while also collaborating with student finance and universities.

My experience as a Team Leader at Den Food and Wine House from June 2018 to March 2020 involved inventory management, staff training, and fostering a positive work environment to deliver excellent customer service, contributing to the company's growth.
