I have 12 years in Construction industry and my trades / steel erector, driliner1&2 fix , carpentry 1 st fix,Fire stopper helped me to understand in details all issues and mistakes which I can prevent with my management experience (6 years) include logistics, phase of work, time frame, materials, operatives, RAMS to the sign off documents to hand over.Eye on the details and to find solution .For some of the things I can take decision but if is for the designer to ask him for the best solution.
