I have spent the past 10+ years working in Fashion Buying (8 years at Harrods), which I have loved, but since having my son in 2022 I decided it was time for a career change.
Much of my role was centred around the organisation and management of senior members of team, including full diary management, meeting scheduling and content planning, booking travel, expenses etc. As this was such a big part of my Buying role, I decided I would like to hone in on these skills and focus on a PA/EA or secretarial role.
Experience
Professionally, I have over a decade of experience in high-pressure support roles within the fashion industry (notably at Harrods), across Menswear most recently, however in previous roles in the company I looked after all concession brands within Menswear, Accessories and Sports including all LVMH and Kering amongst many others.
My last two roles were both strategic and administrative: they encompassed booking and organising travel, marshalling people through complex schedules, organising lunches and event management, facilitating meetings, processing expenses and working on both internal and external projects.
Specifically, I looked after a team of four, liaised with all clients, and supported two Director level members of staff in an EA capacity, so I’m used to both juggling multiple priorities and working within strict time constraints (and ever-changing schedules).
