Experience

I have a wealth of stakeholder relation experience, with several years of experience working within multiple sectors; for example, Telecommunications, Utilities, Finance, Recruitment, IT, and Pharmaceuticals. I have worked within different campaigns (B2B, B2C, F2F, and via electronic media) which have allowed me to develop confidence within these roles.

I am a trained Software Engineer and I have kept abreast of SDLC over time. I constantly keep myself updated with continual changing developments within the Information Systems/Technology world (Big Data, AI, IoT), hence my choice of the sector to practice as a Project/Delivery/Implementation Manager remains within the Information Systems sector.

 

I understand IS Architecture and its components and methodology. I also have a good understanding of Object Oriented Design and Programming using Unified Modelling Language (Use cases, Object, Class, and its varied Diagrams).

 I am a certified PRINCE2 Project Manager and a member of the Association of Project Managers (APM), LEAN SIX SIGMA Yellow belt certified, and a certified ScrumMaster (CSM).   I have a good understanding of the following Product/Project delivery methodologies; Agile (SCRUM, SaFe, among others), Lean (Kanban), and Waterfall, with over 5 years of experience in project/Product support. 

I have functional business analysis skills consulting on; Requirement gathering (Business & Functional) and Analysis e.g. GAP, MoSCoW, PESTEL, Porter’s Five, etc.

I am a focused, target-driven individual with effective communication skills. I am a logical thinker with the ability to work well within pressure, and a team player with an effective team spirit. I have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with people at different levels.

I have good time management, stakeholder management, and planning skills that are essential in project delivery.  I have attended management-training courses such as “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” by Steven Covey, which has helped me to become a more effective person.
