Mistakes can be made, in fact they will happen, however the idea is to assume them, learn from them and take them as experience to continue improving for the benefit of the company and personal growth.

On a personal level, I consider myself a homebody and very familiar person, rescuing the education and values that I have inherited from them. In this experience, work is done teaching different modules, including the teaching of Revit software, in addition to some workshops where the objective is to develop architectural projects and the contribution consists of making presentations on different topics related to architecture and sustainability, providing support and be a guide, give feedbacks and evaluate the students.

Different skills are being acquired, especially in the field of teaching, additionally transmitting own knowledge based on 5 years of experience in the field of architecture and construction and also the master's degree in Architecture and Sustainability, in addition to continuing to learn topics related to architecture and technology, sustainability and the environment, both by colleagues and by the students themselves.

Architecture company focused on the development of residential projects, office buildings and retail, in Lima - Peru. 6 years of work experience in the design and construction industry, with the position of assistant design architect. During that stage, work was carried out in different specialties, acquiring greater responsibility as the years passed.

•Plan design: Preparation of architectural plans, using different software.

•Postproduction and 3D visualization: Improvement of architectural plans with the help of complementary software to provide greater quality in the representation of the documentation. At the same time, it also contributed with the development of 3D models and visualizations of projects with the aim of providing a more real panorama for the client.

•Compatibility of specialties: Review of structural plans, electrical, sanitary, and mechanical installations, provided by contractors, and compatibility with architectural plans developed by the company. This avoids errors and delays in the construction stage and ensures greater detail for workers.

Each construction presents various problems and there may be changes in the process, so it is essential to make decisions and try to resolve adverse situations, always communicating with senior management, documenting each modification.
