Moreover, while my on the job experience afforded me a well rounded skill set, I also excel at; achieving and exceeding new business development milestones and profitability goals, increased customer satisfaction through guest satisfaction reports and generated revenue with diverse products and marketing strategies.

Effectively managed staffing levels and recruitment ensuring my store was staffed to 1.2EPT, developing team members and shift managers, ensuring a robust team was in place. Managing all in store employee relation issues, gathering evidence and conducting investigations and disciplinary proceedings. 
Implementing actions to ensure resolution of store issues, improving scores from internal ROCC audits from fails to 3+ consecutive passes, whilst increasing low scores on the doors from EHO to a 4 and a 5. Conducting internal audits within my own restaurant and others within the area.
