I am a Young and energetic individual, who is looking to start my career in a marketing role. I have recently completed a level 3 qualification in social media and marketing, to help enhance my skill set. I am extremely hard-working and always strive to do my best, and i want to progress in marketing in years to come with the more experience i gain, as i want to live a good lifestyle. I am very active, i go to the gym to keep fit and i am very social as i love going out with people and i am a big people person and love being around people.

Telesales and Customer Service

• Business Development where I called different trading channels and introduced the product and offered a free sampling session and built a relationship with that customer and maintained connections with existing customers and calling them to check in to see if everything is ok.
• When I contacted existing customers I also tried to upsell them to see if they want to try another flavour.
• Hit weekly email and call targets and tried to book a sample session each day.
• Account management where I had a list of accounts on Monday.com in our ownership, that we need to look after.
• Arranged sample boxes to be sent out to the trading channels to try and push them to do a sampling session, and updated the sample request tracker they provided, so they can be sent off.
