My roles included safeguarding public safety, meeting sales targets, training new team members, and providing exceptional customer support across high-pressure environments. I am skilled in team collaboration, problem-solving, and using technical tools such as CRM systems and security scanning technology.

I hold BTEC Level 3 qualifications in Extended Computer Science and Extended Creative Media Production, achieving distinctions and merits (D/D/M), alongside 7 GCSEs including IT, English, and Maths. My education provided a strong foundation in technology, media, and analytical thinking.
