About Darryn Lewis:

With over 15 years of experience in the recruitment industry, I am passionate about helping organisations find and hire the best talent, as well as improving their recruitment process and systems. I am the founder of @FindApprenticeships and TelecomJobs, two online platforms that connect employers and candidates in the UK across various sectors and levels.

I also provide interim talent acquisition and ATS technical services to clients through Acquire Talent, a consultancy that I established in 2016. I have successfully implemented and configured ATS for several large and complex organisations, such as M Group Services, LondonEnergy, and Morrison Telecom Services, reducing their time and cost to hire, and enhancing their candidate experience and employer brand. 

I have also supported various resourcing functions with direct sourcing, training, and operational management, delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
