Operational Fund Onboarding Analyst

As Team leader for the Operational Fund Onboarding Team, our main purpose is overseeing the set up process of Private Equity and Debt deals into our operating system. This broad role includes many other responsibilities such as:

• Liaising with multiple teams to ensure correct flow of information throughout the operations department.

• Actively monitor and interpret high levels of 3rd party administrator data, performing reconciliation of vast amounts of static data and investor commitments.

• Produce reports on fund size and monthly investment setups, leading on static data maintenance and ensuring correct currency security, including expenses and fees.

• Continuously investing time and energy into work projects involving VBA code and data analysis to either automate and improve workflow or lower risk maintenance by avoiding human error.

• Distribution and maintenance of contact sheets including wiring instructions, Tax information and points of contacts for different financial documentation. 

• Setting team and personal objectives for the rest of the team and offering support and advice on how to achieve them.
