CAREER HISTORY

Security/Concierge June 2022 – (Present)

United Guarding – London

Role is primarily customer focused, meeting and greeting all visitors in reception with a helpful and welcoming attitude. The shift working pattern is a 12-hour x 4 days basis.

Duties;

  • Meet and greet the residents and answer enquiries by telephone or from callers to the desk. Assist the residents, guests and visitors when required.

 

  • Always ensure effective security of residents and the building by manning CCTV.

 

  • Check and screen all visitors and guest and any contractor staff, ensuring that they have permission to be present in the building. 

 

  • Ensure the tidiness of the common areas of the building and assist with the cleaning of public areas if outside the cleaner’s normal working hours.

 

  • Responsibility for all deliveries to the main reception desk, receiving and safekeeping of all parcels/registered mail. Correct issuing of all parcels/registered mail with a record which must be signed by residents. Notify residents of any deliveries to arrange collection from the front desk.

 

  • Be able to give a clear and concise handover at the end of the shift, highlighting any events that have occurred and forthcoming events.

 

 

Security Supervisor September 2020 - (Present)
Frankton Security Group – London
Responsible for managing the physical security of construction sites and buildings on a 12-hour x 4 days basis.

Duties;

  • Dealing with acts of intimidation or violence.
  • Providing a professional, efficient, and approachable security service.
  • Managing the administration and welfare of the site security team.
  • Ensuring that all staff carry out their duties in an efficient and responsible manner.
  • Ensuring a safe environment from all operatives whilst they are on company premises.
  • Monitoring the site security radio system.
  • Encouraging that all security personnel are correctly always presented and courteous.
  • Making sure that regular and proper patrols are carried around the site.
  • Testing of fire alarms and other security equipment.
  • Always maintain a clean and smart appearance, wearing a suit.
