As a business owner, I lead Melius which provides innovative candidate sourcing and career development programmes.
Opportunities Workshop provides, employment services, learning and development for individuals/businesses, whilst being the franchise owner of Pitman Training, which operates from sites in London, Chelmsford, Croydon, Ipswich and Norwich.
With my business partner, I set up the Not-for-profit organisation, Opportunities Included CIC, which supports adults and young people to achieve their career potential
