Experience

  • A FCCA, Prince 2 practitioner and Lean six sigma blackbelt, with a large consultancy background and extensive’ experience delivering complex projects for multi-national, mid-size and private-equity companies.
  • Clients include Rolls-Royce, GlaxoSmithKline, BP, Unilever, Airbus, Racal, Sai Global, Police Mutual, Private Equity and not for profit organisations.
  • A specialist in the delivery of finance transformation to align the finance operating model with the needs of the organization’s Target Operating Model (TOM) and embed the capability to drive sustained, improved performance throughout the organisation.
  • Understands the importance of People, Process, Service Delivery, Technology, Performance Insights and Governance in delivering the TOM.
  • Has that ability to understand what drives wealth creation within a business and where the money is made!
  • Excellent technical understanding of UK and US accounting standards.
