I have been an Appropriate adult working for YLF now for fourteen months to date. My duties include:
Entering Police Custody and taking responsibility for vulnerable Children and Adults for the duration of their detention. This includes acquiring a solicitor, and being present for fingerprinting, strip searching and taking DNA. It also includes making a decision as to whether the detained person is suitable for interview and being present for the whole duration of the interview it requires a basic knowledge of the law and can be very challenging and rewarding.
I have a history of retail project management. and maintain a good work ethic.
