I had been employed with the same company for 20 years, I decided to move about the industry to learn the many different policies, procedures andbuilding techniques. This has gained me with themany different skills and techniques to be able to implement better practices/measures to maximizeefficiency, productivity, and deliver a quality product. I since have worked as a project manager for GKCPM for two years and then joined Vinci – Building solutions as a Site Manager. I have been supported through my career, progressing from apprentice Joiner, advanced Joiner, to finishing Foreman, and to Site Manager. This progression has aided my technical advancement, an element that is crucial for delivering quality and driving efficiency to meet project milestones. I have since taken Temporary works advisor role within the facilities sector.
