Facilities Coordinator

Fulham Football Club

Responsibilities:
• Assisting the Operations Managers with daily running of the training ground and Stadium
• Implementation and management of the CAFM system
• Responsible for the coordination of all PPM’s and reactive jobs
• Identify areas of non-compliance and missing documentation within the business and issue reports & updates to the relevant staff for actioning
• Respond to requests for any information relating to supporters and relevant staff
• Provide strategic management to ensure that the training ground and Stadium remain operational and functional for Football related activities and events
• Supervise the maintenance of both sites by coordinating repairs or contracting maintenance contractors when required
• Work with maintenance and operation teams to support match day event requirements
• Project manage and supervise refurbishment jobs at the training ground and Stadium
• Organise orders for both sites, including cleaning supplies, furniture and PPE
• Ensure training ground and Stadium facilities meet health and safety requirements and comply with legislation
• Implement sustainable practices across the football club by optimising energy usage, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency
