Deborah Hope

A highly motivated, multi-skilled Professional Advisor with previous experience of working with and helping people of different backgrounds in, both advisor and educator roles. I recently, completed a Level 2 course in Information, Advice or Guidance.  I am currently seeking a new position using my transferable skills and experience, whilst allowing for further personal and professional development. 

Although my current job is a temporary supply teacher I have worked as an Employment Advisor on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract for a London Jobcentre, providing employment advice for a caseload of long-term unemployed clients. I have also worked for approximately 4 years in a Luton Jobcentre as a Customer Advisor giving advice on how to apply for advertised vacancies and liaised with employers on client’s behalf to arrange interviews. As I have a broad work experience background, my transferable skills include presenting information, interviewing, building professional relationships and time management. I have a degree in English & Humanities from Wolverhampton University.
