About Deborah Miller:

I am a recently retired barrister having worked for 35 years in the legal profession and I’m now seeking a new challenge. I am hard working. I have the ability to multitask and work under pressure. I have excellent communication skills and experience in administration. I am computer literate, fully trained in data protection and working with vulnerable people. I love to work as part of a team. 

Experience

For the past 35 years I have worked in the legal profession, initially as a legal clerk and thereafter as a trainee solicitor, solicitor and barrister. I retired from the legal profession in March 2024. Please see Curriculum Vitae attached for details of professional experience training and skills.

BTEC Higher National Diploma in Business and Finance. Passed with Merit. 

The diploma encompassed qualifications in business accounting, statistics, business and contract law, employment law, the law relating to meetings, human resources and personnel management, business administration and marketing.
