With a rich background in integrating spirituality into business practices, I am in the final stages of my PhD focused on Spiritual Capital and Social Entrepreneurship. This journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of the transformative power of spirituality in fostering sustainable and socially responsible business practices. In my various leadership roles at The Envoy Academy, I have demonstrated a knack for developing groundbreaking curricula and fostering collaboration and innovation. My tenure as a lecturer at De Montfort University further showcases my ability to encourage students to explore innovative approaches to modern business challenges. I bring a unique blend of skills, including expertise in digital business strategy and agile methodologies, and a commitment to fostering a supportive and innovative workplace. My thesis explores the intricate relationship between spiritual capital and social entrepreneurship within the Nigerian context. It primarily focuses on the incorporation of spiritual capital in the praxis of social entrepreneurship. This analysis is grounded in effectuation theory.
