I'm a young lady in her 30s, goal orientated and passionate in dancing and fitness.

I've been part of fitness industry since Covid time. Since then, not only I enjoy and love what I do, but it has shifted me mentally so enormously. It has really helped me grow and changed my life in many ways.

I love to bring my positive energy in every environment I step in.

I love to put my energy and my passion for dancing when teaching any type of classes.

I like to connect with people, help them and would like to change others life by helping them transform not just their physique, but their mindset, the way they see life, build discipline and see fitness as an adult way of having fun whilst seeing the benefits of it.
