Dexter Hafeth

I am an architect who graduated from Northumbria University in Architecture. I have experience working as an architectural designer & technologist for my private practice and as a lecturer. I have skills in innovative and sustainable designing and 3D modelling using various platforms like Revit architecture and AutoCAD for construction engineering. I also have expertise in IT software and hardware for programming and maintenance. I have worked individually and collaboratively on multiple projects, such as hospitals, schools, colleges, and houses. I am passionate about reading, cycling, camping, and writing novels. I am a collaborative, independent, detail-oriented, problem-solver, communicative, and creative professional.

I am an architect with over 20 years of experience designing and problem-solving in the construction industry. I have worked individually and collaboratively on various projects, such as hospitals, schools, colleges, and houses. Some of my responsibilities and achievements include:
   - Designing functional and aesthetically pleasing buildings that meet the needs of the clients and the users.
   - Applying innovative and sustainable design principles to create energy-efficient and environmentally friendly buildings.
   - Using various platforms such as Revit architecture and AutoCAD for construction engineering and 3D modelling.
   - Collaborating with other professionals such as engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure the quality and safety of the projects.
   - Decorating and interior design for various spaces such as offices, homes, and public areas.
   - Renovation and restoration of old and traditional buildings for both private and public sectors.
   - Teaching architecture courses and mentoring students at Mosul University.

I have a master's degree in interior architecture from Northumbria University, Department of Architecture. I am also pursuing an MSc in BIM construction management. Some of the courses or subjects that I have studied or are studying that are relevant to my field are:
   - Sustainability designs, construction management, and lean organization management.
   - Structural engineering, 3D modelling, mathematics, and geometry.
   - Environmental sustainability, building materials, and construction methods.
