26/06/2017 – 07/07/2017 Ayshen Travel Agent Ltd - Work Experience 

I had a 2-week of work experience during sixth form at Ayshen Travel Agent Ltd. I worked as an assistant by answering calls and transferring them to the relevant agent. Taking notes, filing sheets, receipts, and completing the expenses sheet of the company. This experience enabled me to gain training in customer service and to be able to offer high-quality service to clients in a professional setting. 
 

11/07/2017 – 14/07/2017 London Metropolitan University- Year 12 Summer School 

I attended the summer school at the London Metropolitan University for Journalism and in a team of three people, we drafted a newspaper article about a place in the university. This opportunity enabled me to enhance my teamwork and content creation skills and how to attract the media. The newspaper article that my group produced is ‘’Arts for all our sakes’’.
