I worked on a project to optimize an NHS ambulance service to increase the speed of dispatch. The idea behind our solution was to identify the hot spots where most incidents occur and then locate the ambulances based on that information, using an algorithm to optimize all possible spots in the area. My responsibilities included simulating sample data to test the optimization algorithm, processing raw data for the hackathon challenge to reach a solution for the problem, and assisting in the design and development of the user interface for the app. As a result of our hard work and innovative approach, our team won first place in the hackathon challenge. Overall, this was a challenging and rewarding project that allowed me to use my skills in data processing and app development to make a positive impact on an important public service.
 

I am currently doing a degree in Computer Science (Security and Resilience) from Newcastle University.I am expecting to receive a first-class grade when I graduate in June 2023
