• Lead 12-person committee managing 100+ members, increasing membership by 10% through successful running of events.
• Oversee £20,000 budget, which I increased through fundraising events and sponsorship.
• Introduced an app to organise availability, membership payments and training sessions.  
• Delivered inclusive and engaging communications to stakeholders and alumni.
• Ran inclusive sporting and social events to enhance club culture and participation.

• Managed pub operations for 150+ customers, leading and training team of up to 8.

• Delivered tailored training programmes for 20+ young players each session.
• Organised assistant coaches and equipment to ensure smooth delivery across all age groups.
• Promoted inclusion and engagement in local sport, supporting young people’s development both on and off the field.
