I am a hard-working individual who thrives in high pressure environments and wants to bring about positive change in every person and company I work with. I have gathered many useful skills in my career to date and hope to use them to drive the business forward and onto greater achievements. I am ambitious and am always looking to improve my skills and education through training courses and studying.

Having begun when the company opened, we built all documents, policies and procedures from scratch including, training records, Cleaning instruction cards, weekly sign off sheets, Standard operating procedures, start up checks and many more. 

Night Shift Hygiene Manager with overall responsibility of the night team and factory.  
Current projects include an overhaul in health and safety, concentrating on zero accidents by reporting all near misses and improving our working methods. Recently completed a time in motion project, detailing what our staffing needs are and risk assessing our methods of clean to improvise for a shortened cleaning window during summer and Christmas periods.
Order all chemicals for site including for hygiene, facilities, and engineering teams. Weekly and monthly stock takes through all departments. All equipment orders for the hygiene team making sure to keep within budget. 
I Have drastically increased our pass rate on ATP swabs, going from an average of 150 fails a month, down to less than 40 fails and most months averaging 20. Our pass mark is less than 100RLU. I concentrated on the technique and attention to detail as well as retraining our foaming and wash down process. 
I do all HR responsibilities for my team including hiring, disciplinaries, probations, return to works, holiday planner and one to one performance reviews. 
I work closely with the technical team, having monthly meetings with them to discuss any issues and keep up to date with the ever-changing work practices and demands from our customers. I have recently had discussions as to my progression and it was agreed that I can do a few courses that expand my knowledge into technical. 
We have successfully passed 1 announced and 2 unannounced BRC audits, with all 3 passing at A++
