I am an experienced team leader with strong international relations and government policy experience. With a track record in delivering significant outcomes in different parts of the UK government - including successfully negotiating with the EU, and leading on the reopening of an entire sector (over 1,000 businesses) following pandemic restrictions - I am equally able to design and implement broad strategies, or pivot onto demanding, fast-paced work when needed. I always prioritise building relationships and exercising excellent communication skills in my approach to tasks. I pride myself on being a compassionate and kind leader, and always seek to build a positive culture within and beyond my team.
